Changing, Repeating or Canceling an Order

How do I add something to an order or make changes after I've pressed the "Submit Order" button or after I have received my order confirmation? Once your order has been submitted online, you will need to call the store to make changes to a pending order (allow at least three hours prior to pick-up or delivery to successfully accommodate all changes). Please contact the store using the phone number listed on your e-mail confirmation. Please make sure to have your order confirmation e-mail available when placing your call to the store. Changes to a pending order cannot be processed online. This includes order cancellation. Cancellation requires you to call the store at least three hours prior to scheduled order pickup or delivery.

Can I change my order from delivery to pickup or vice versa? Changes to delivery or pick-up status can be made online, prior to submitting order. If you're order has already been submitted, you will need to call the store to change the delivery or pick-up status, allowing at least three hours prior to the time specified for the order pickup or delivery.

Can I cancel my order after it's been submitted online? Orders cannot be cancelled online. You will need to call the store to cancel orders that have been submitted online. Order cancellation needs to be made at least three hours prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery.


Online Coupons / Gift Cards / Special Offers

Why doesn't my coupon work? At this time we do not accept coupons online. Please make sure your coupon states that it is for online catering only, has a 6-digit code, and the expiration date is still valid and contact your nearby HoneyBaked store via telephone.

Can I use my HoneyBaked Gift Card/Certificate for online catering orders? Gift Cards/Certificates can be brought to the store for redemption. If you request your Catering order be delivered, the store may contact you to gather more information about your Gift Card/Certificate.

How do I get coupons to use for online catering? Join our HoneyBaked Reawards program to receive the latest HoneyBaked news, ideas and special offers sent right to your e-mail address. Click on Join My HoneyBaked Rewards and complete the form.
