The My HoneyBaked Ham App is a loyalty app that rewards customers based on purchase
frequency and spend. Customers will receive points for every purchase, redeem points
for rewards and special offers, and get tasty recipes.

HoneyBaked Ham appreciates our loyal customers and would like to reward them for

Where is the customer’s My HoneyBaked Ham App loyalty ID barcode located?
If a customer is unable to find their My HoneyBaked Ham App loyalty ID barcode to
be scanned at the register, direct them to home page of the App where they can select
“My Loyalty” from the central menu. Alternatively, they can select the gift icon
from the footer menu from anywhere within the App, or scan their QR code from the
home screen of their app.
Will the My HoneyBaked Ham App ever be updated?
We will be continuously updating and improving the features and functions of the
My HoneyBaked Ham App. We encourage customers to provide feedback so that we can
update the App to provide the best possible experience.
Is the Mobile App secure?
Yes! All critical information is encrypted and no personal information is stored
on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store
your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store
your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access
your account.

What all can a customer do with the My HoneyBaked Ham App?
Find a store, view menus and prices for their selected store, place a reserve for
pick up order, shop on HoneyBakedOnline.com to place an order to be shipped, access
the brand’s national social media channels, view recipes, earn loyalty points based
on purchase amount, view store hours and contact information, provide store visit
feedback, provide shipped order feedback, view nutrition site, view their accumulated
points at any time, view their earned rewards and offers, redeem their rewards and
offers.
Customer’s My HoneyBaked Ham App Profile
What information does a customer need to provide when creating their profile for the My HoneyBaked Ham App?
The customer will need to provide their phone number, first and last name, email
address, and create a password. Including their date of birth is optional for sign
up.
How can a customer change their information for their profile later on?
Customers will be able to change their first and last name and password for their
My HoneyBaked Ham App profile at any time. They can do this by going to their My
Profile page within their app, by selecting the person icon in the top right-hand
corner. They will not be able to change their phone number, date of birth or email
address.
How does a customer change their preferred store?
Customers can change their preferred store by going to the menu page and selecting
‘My Store’. By searching a new store in the search field, find the new store they
are searching for, select that location and then click ‘Make This My Store’. This
is similar to how a customer selects a store for the Virtual Store website.
Can a customer authenticate multiple accounts for the same phone number?
No, a customer’s unique My Loyalty ID is tied to their unique 10-digit phone number
How to Download & Device Usage
How can customers download the My HoneyBaked Ham App?
It is easy and free to download, available in the Apple App Store for iPhones or
in Google Play for Android devices. Once downloaded to their smartphone, customers
will create their profile and can start earning points on their next purchase.
Is the My HoneyBaked Ham App available for Android devices?
Yes! It is easy and free to download, in Google Play for Android devices or in the
Apple App Store for iPhones. Once downloaded to their smartphone, customers will
create their profile and can start earning points on their next purchase.
Is the My HoneyBaked Ham App available for tablets (iPads, Surface Pro, etc.)?
At this time, the My HoneyBaked Ham App is available for smartphone use only (Apple
iPhones and Android devices), Android 5.0 and newer, iOS 9.0 and newer.
How does a customer delete the app?
This will depend on the device that they are using. On an Apple device, the customer
can press the app and hold down until it starts to wiggle. Once all the apps are
wiggling, select the x in the top right-hand corner of the My HoneyBaked App to
erase it. On an Android device, the customer will need to go to their phone settings,
tap ‘Apps’, swipe to the ‘Downloads’ tab, find the app you want to delete and tap
the ‘Uninstall’ button.
Earning Points, Rewards & Coupon Offers
How does the My HoneyBaked Ham App track customer’s points?
The My HoneyBaked Ham App creates a unique QR code ID for each customer’s app profile,
corresponding to the phone number they’ve entered for their profile. The QR code
on the app tracks their purchase frequency and amount. Once a customer makes a purchase
and their My HoneyBaked Ham App barcode in their profile is scanned, the info is
sent to our database and the dollars that they spent are converted to points and
the points are uploaded into the “My Loyalty page” in their app profile.
How many points do customers get per dollar spent?
Customers will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Taxes and shipping do not count
towards the customer’s loyalty points.
Where are the customer’s My HoneyBaked Ham App rewards and special offers located?
Customers can locate their offers in the App by going to the home page and selecting
‘My Rewards & Offers’. Alternatively, they can select the dollar sign $ icon from
the footer menu from anywhere within the App. This is where their download incentive
offer(s) will be located (Free Ham Classic), any rewards offers that they’ve redeemed
($5 off, $10 off, $15 off, $20 off, etc.) and any special product spotlight offers.
What if the customer says that they have the My HoneyBaked Ham App but does not have their phone with them at the time of purchase? (or their phone is dead)
If the customer is unable to provide their loyalty ID QR code for any reason, the
phone number tied to the profile may also be provided to the store associate to
attribute to the transaction.
A customer just made a purchase and their rewards points are not appearing in their My HoneyBaked Ham App profile. Why is that?
Points will appear in the customer’s My HoneyBaked Ham App within 24 hours.
Does the customer have to shop at the HoneyBaked Ham location they’ve chosen in their app profile?
The customer can use, earn points and redeem offers from their My HoneyBaked Ham
App at any HoneyBaked Ham location and for online catalog purchase at HoneyBakedOnline.com.
Not available to those in the state of California.
Can customers use more than one reward from the My HoneyBaked Ham App at once?
No, the app will not allow for more than one reward to be redeemed at once.
How long before My HoneyBaked Ham App rewards expire?
Once a customer ‘cashes in’ their points for a reward offer, they will have 30 days
to use the offer. If they do not redeem this within 30 days, the reward will disappear
from their app profile.
What happens to rewards and offers in the customers My HoneyBaked Ham App profile after they redeem them? Can they use them again?
Once a customer redeems/uses their rewards or offers on a transaction, the coupon
will disappear from their app profile within 24 hours.
When should the customer click ‘redeem’ on their rewards or offers?
We recommend that customers wait to click redeem points in their My HoneyBaked Ham
App profile for rewards until they are in the store, ready to make their purchase.
If a customer does not have their phone with them at the time of purchase, but has a reward or offer in their profile can we look it up for them?
No. At this time, their phone has to be present with the app available in order
to redeem any rewards and offers.
If a customer makes a purchase and earns points towards a loyalty reward offer, will those points stay there forever?
If a customer makes a purchase and receives points, they must make an additional
purchase within 6 months to accumulate additional points. If a customer does not
make a purchase for over 6 months, their points will disappear and they will start
from 0 at their next purchase.
Store Execution
Do you have to scan the app every time a customer makes a purchase?
Yes, it is important that every time a customer is making a purchase with HoneyBaked
Ham that their unique barcode is scanned so that they will get credit for their
purchase and points are awarded to them.
What if the customer says that they have the My HoneyBaked Ham App but does not have their phone with them at the time of purchase? (or their phone is dead)
If you are not able to scan the customer’s unique barcode in their My HoneyBaked
Ham App profile, you can still enter in their phone number, which is tied to their
account, at the point of sale (registers).
Does a customer have to use a cell phone number when setting up their My HoneyBaked Ham App profile?
No, a customer can use either a cell phone or landline line number for their My
HoneyBaked Ham App profile.
Can the My HoneyBaked Ham App be used at any HoneyBaked Ham retail store location?
At this time, the My HoneyBaked Ham App can be used at any retail location except
for those in the state of California. Customers will also be able to earn rewards
for purchases made for HoneyBaked Ham’s online catalog at HoneyBakedOnline.com.
How can a customer use their rewards online or on catalog orders?
Each reward offer includes a SKU number that can be used for online shipping orders.
The SKU can be entered the same way a promo code would be on other online or catalog
transactions. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling. Prices do not include
shipping or handling.
